Edmond North High School (ENHS), a large suburban four-year public high school, is located in Edmond, Oklahoma. Curriculum at the school focuses on challenging courses that will lead students successfully into the 21st century. The study body comprises a culturally diverse population: American Indian/Alaskan Native, Asian, Black, Hispanic, and White. The minority population makes up 26 percent of all students and 18 percent of students are identified as economically disadvantaged.
Graduation requirements at ENHS are based on Oklahoma state guidelines. While completing their 4-year graduation plan, ENHS students have the opportunity to earn college credits with concurrent enrollment at a local university or college in the Oklahoma State System of Higher Education. Seven concurrent classes are offered. In addition, there are 25 AP classes offered in eight subject areas.
A multitude of clubs and activities are available at Edmond North High School with a variety of themes: everything from art to youth government.
Edmond North High School has been recognized as a National Blue Ribbon School by the U.S. Department of Education.
